Terms and Conditions
- All xplorer products are custom made and hand finished. Do expect a certain amount of variation as products will differ between one another. However, we endeavour to make each product fulfill it's primary function as indicated.
- Please allow 14-30 days for fabrication as all our products are made to order.
- We accept payment via PayPal and in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only
- For buyers in Singapore, you can choose to self collect at our factory
- All items are shipped via Singpost registered Airmail which mayl take between 10-14 days or more to reach you
- We can ship your items via Fed-Ex only under your specific instructions
- As each product is made to order, returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted unless goods are proven to be "dead on arrival".
