Members should make payment the same way as usual when buying through our website by making FULL payment. After your purchase is received and your membership verified, half of your purchase price will be refunded to you and a corresponding amount will be deducted from your vouchers account. Once again, your 5% member discount will NOT apply. However, if you are NOT using any vouchers a 5% discount off purchase price (shipping excluded) will be rebated back to you as long as your membership is valid.

- 5% discount off all purchases from our webstore or walk in during the validity of the membership (this discount is NOT valid when using cash vouchers)
- a specially made membership card
- receive discounts for specific event entry fees such as Xshot.
- enjoy discounts at partner retailers which will be announced later
- for Tier2, $700 worth of Xplorer cash vouchers (same conditions apply)

To join, simply go to our webstore and purchase our membership.
However, each membership application will have to go through an approval process and should your application be successful, you will receive our welcome message and you can use your vouchers immediately.
If your application is unsuccessful, you will also receive a reply from us and you will receive a full refund. If your application is made in other currencies besides Singapore dollars, we will not be responsible should there be a loss in exchange charged by PayPal or your Credit Card or any relevant 3rd party payment facilitator by the time you receive our refund.
If your application is accepted, we will not accept a request for membership termination nor will we entertain any refunds. If you do not utilise your membership privileges during it's validity, they will be forfeited.

Xplorer holds total discretion on the approval and rejection of any application and rejections can be made without stating any reason.
Validity of the membership
Each successful application is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of approval
For example, if you have applied for your membership on the 1st of Jan or 31st of Jan 2016, your membership will expire on the 31st of December 2016.
Terms and conditions of using the Xplorer cash vouchers
A payment of $500 (Tier 2) or $1000 (Tier 1) is required as application for being a member. In return the successful applicant will receive $700 and $1500 respectively worth of cash vouchers that be used to offset purchases made from us.
IMPORTANT:
Please note. The vouchers can ONLY be used to offset 30% of the purchase price. For example, if the cost of your total purchase is $1000. You can only use your cash vouchers to pay for 30% i.e. $300 of your purchase and pay the rest ($700) in cash.Exclusion list

It is important that you QUOTE your membership number when make a purchase. Please do so at the PayPal check out note. For walk ins, please produce your membership card and a photo ID that shows the same name as your membership card. This is necessary and important as memberships are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
For security sake, we will ONLY accept orders that corresponds to the email and physical address that the initial payment came from, which in this case, from PayPal. Should the email address or physical address be different from your PayPal registered address, we will seek other forms of identity verification before your order is accepted and cash vouchers utilized. If you are making CASH payment for your membership personally at our office, please register with us ONE email address and ONE shipping address for future shipments.
These vouchers cannot be accepted by our dealers or resellers.
These vouchers are non-transferable and only for use by the said member. However, once the purchase of the item is made, the member is free to resell the item purchased like any other product.
No physical vouchers will be given. Instead a statement will be maintained and a soft copy will be sent to you upon request (via email). Members are advise to keep track of their vouchers so as to make informed choices when buying from our webstore. In the event where the vouchers fall below half of the purchase amount, the remaining balance of the vouchers will be totally utilized and the buyer will have to make up the shortfall with cash.
All members with valid membership are allowed to purchase as many vouchers as they wish, in either $500 or $1000 denominations.
Making a 2nd purchase of the cash vouchers during the validity of the membership WILL not extend their membership. The membership will end 12 calender months from the date of initial approval despite the number of voucher purchased during THAT period.
To extend the membership, an applicant must make a payment of either $500 or $1000 and go through the application process again. Do note that terms and conditions of memberships will and may change by your next application.
The vouchers MUST be utilized within the validity of the membership, DURING the period that the vouchers are obtained. Extending the membership WILL NOT extend the validity of the vouchers. ALL unused vouchers that become expired will be FORFEITED.
Xplorer reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice but will endeavour to notify each and every member of the change. Xplorer also reserves the right to end the membership program without the need to specify any reasons such as NOT accepting anymore members or selling anymore vouchers.
