Alright, i'll cut through all the sales talk.  If you are looking at this product, you most probably know what it's for.  This is the 3rd update of the Xtips, codename Prov3 aka Xtip Pro aka v3.

V1 V2 and V2 golden eye are taken down as they are no longer in production.

Just as a recap.

V1 - worlds first semi-spherical (at the time of production) silicon/rubber blend dart tip
v2 - profile oblongated to make v2 workable with flywheel blasters. overall performance improved with this new profile

Introducing the Prov3 (pronounced "Prove")

• profile further updated for even better aerodynamics while maintaining player safety
• redesigned dart stem for better adhesion
• refined weight in order to work better in the newer more powerful blasters
• material blend improved to achieve the perfect density
• each tip features the unique X Flight Stabilizers© (XFS).  Taking advantage of the Bernoulli effect, XFS creates a vortex while travelling through the air at high speeds.  The end result is greater accuracy and longer EFFECTIVE range*

Range vs Effective Range
Ranger is how far the dart lands from the point that it is fired from.  Effective range is how far the dart flies in it's intended trajectory.  Based on the above definition, it is possible for 2 blasters to produce the same range yet have different effective ranges.  For blaster wars, effective range is what we need.  (total range is mostly just for bragging rights)
